Student Wellness Pulse

A weekly check-in that helps students reflect, notice patterns, and choose a next step.

Student Wellness Pulse is the featured model product for DeanDesk Wellness. It gives students a short, repeatable wellness rhythm that schools can adapt to their own community.

Self-paced, family-aware, and intentionally non-clinical.

What it is

A personal wellness pulse, not another class.

The program gives students a structured weekly pause without requiring a live meeting or a complicated curriculum.

Each pulse asks students to reflect on feelings, habits, relationships, personal goals, and available support. The goal is awareness and follow-through, not diagnosis.

Feelings

Build language for stress, energy, confidence, and mood.

Habits

Notice routines that support or disrupt wellbeing.

Relationships

Reflect on family, friends, school, and communication.

Purpose

Connect the week to goals, values, and next steps.

Support

Identify when encouragement or additional help is needed.

Weekly flow

Three repeatable steps.

01

Reflect

The student answers guided prompts about the week in plain, age-appropriate language.

02

Notice

Simple scores make trends easier to see over time without turning wellness into a heavy report.

03

Choose

Each pulse ends with one realistic next step the student can practice before the next check-in.

For families and schools

Supportive language that is easy to adapt.

Families and staff get a consistent structure for encouragement and follow-up while students build a habit of honest self-reflection.
